I was on Top-200 contract and it expired and on the 26 May 2013 i migrated to the new contract Anytime 200.
I received i think 45MB and airtime and my limit is 200, this was valid till 01 June 2013.

Now on the 07 June 2013 i received my billing statemet and it reflect the charge of R193.31. I queried this with itemised billings and they told me that i had the ibs subscription charge (R5 per day) from opera telecom and gave me the number to cancel. I then cancelled it.

Now as i did not reply to any sms and subscribed to anything, nashua mobile cannot charge me this as i never singed up for any subscriptions, this is unauthorised billing and i need this refunded/credited back to my account. Why Nashua Mobile must charge me if i did not respond to sms to subscribe for me. Now Nashua Mobile they said they cannot credit this as is not their service. I need to be sorted out.
