Requests to cancel my contract not attended to

In Feb 2013 I was called by Nashua Mobile and offered an upgrade at a cheaper. Two months later I was still being over charged. When I called customer service I was told that I did not upgrade my contract and am on a month to month contract. Upon further investigation the person told me that Kyle from "a company" in Durban called me and he doesn't know what is happening and gave me a number to call. I then asked him if Nashua Mobile is allowing other people to call their customers and he just said he doesn't know, I must call the number. I tried but the number didn't even exist!
I called customer service again and asked that my contract be cancelled as I am being overcharged and have been given bad service. A woman by the name of Tshego then said she will cancel it and call me back. She never did. I called the next day, yet again, and was told that Tshego has done everything and the last time I will pay is in April (after already being overcharged since FEB!). Then I got my May statement and I am still being charged for it. I called AGAIN and was told that the contract was never cancelled. If I am still charged in May I will take this matter further.
