Incorrect Billing - useless service

This is my third complaint about Nashua Mobile. Since my first complaint, I have had one call from Nashua Mobile with no feedback received. So about three weeks about I want to take out another contract, the problem was they were unable to deliver the phone within the promised time. (Please note that even though you dont have the phone you are still being billed). In my frustration, I cancelled the contract. For the past two weeks I have been fighting to get this contract cancelled. I have confirmation, that it was only cancel on thursday the 3/10/2013 (ref 9513359). But thanks to the useless service from Nashua Mobile, I was still billed for the contact at the end of month of August! I called the accounts department on saturday, and they need to investigate it further? So my question is this, who is not doing their job? I am so disappointed with Nashua Mobiles services that I would never ever recommend the use of their services! They are totally incompetent! They said they will need until the close of business on monday to investigate the problem! Lets see what amount comes off my account, and if I will have to have a fight to be re-credited? This is titally unacceptable service
