Absolutely disgusting service delivery

I have 2 lines with vodacom (blackberry's). I had recently started an online chat via voda website with the intention of terminating one of the lines and keeping it on prepaid. was told that line in question had 3 months left but nevertheless still opted to terminate. Received a quote of around R320 an unpaid bill of R593 for the month of June. I had queried the R593 as there was a R100 lock loaded on the phone. Was asked to pay R22.80 for an itemised billing report (yesterday). This morning I had started a new chat and queried the R593 and was now told that this R593 covered both lines. So I had asked for a revised cancellation for the line I planed to cancel the unpaid bill for that line only and this seems like a reasonable request?? right. the person whom was chating with me stopped chatting to fone me and explain that this was not possible - maybe she could not commit her incompetence to writing, i dont know. All im saying is that the cancellation on the line the unbilled for that specific line is whats reqd. I asked for complaint dept. but was told that she is the complaints department- absolutely disgusting service delivery.
