One of my business contracts was a internet stick, which the contract was suppose to expire 12/2012.In July I got a Vodacom bill for this number of more than R 7000.00.I have not been using this number for more than a year. I told Vodacom that this is someone that is using this line and should stop it, the next month another R 7500 bill, Again i phoned them and they said but it is like that because I get billed a month late, so the person at the call centre said to pay the lines I am using until the dispute is handled, so every month they suspend my service, then after two days of fighting I get my lines activated to every month get the lines activated.after I did everything required by Vodacom, I opened a case of at the police, took the documentation to my Vodashop who e mailed it to the relevant people, I have proof, and still nothing, my lines are down, all my businees lines down, and when I phone them they say they have nothing on file, and brush me off like I am lying and keeps transferring me to more useless computer operators. The thing that gets me the most is that it is my business, and the person on the other line just says sorry, I cannot do anything
