Cancelling A Line Is Impossible

Our business currently has 3 voice lines with Telkom. We moved premises on 01 May 2013, and therefore we requested a cancellation of the above lines at the old premises early April 2013. After not receiving any feedback from Telkom, we repeatedly sent requests to the fax number (0880313633505) as well as the "dedicated" cancellations dept email address [Email Removed] It is now 05 June 2013, and even though we have sent the request to cancel the lines to the above fax and email address several times over the last 2 months, we have still not received any feedback from Telkom nor has the lines been cancelled. As the lines have not been cancelled, we are still paying for lines that we stopped using over a month ago. We have contacted the call centre (10217) over 20 times expressing our discontentment, and they simply pass the buck and refer us to the above fax number and email address. This is absolutely absurd that companies like Telkom can freely from their clients (yes, charging us for lines we have duly requested cancellation for is!!!)
