Extremely Bad & slow service

On 11 June 2013 I reported that my internet was extremely slow and disconnected continuously. I recieved ref number 3061203255 & was told it would take 7-14 days to resolve issue. On 27 June I spoke to Sam & Bonga who gave me ref number SD108012. & informed that someone will contact me by 28 June. To date no-one has contacted me & 1 month has passed with no response from Cell C. How long is 14 days???
