Waiting 56 Days and counting for my ca

Breakdown of events:

- 14 May 2013 my Car was towed to Danmar Autobody Benoni
- 15 May 2013 my insurance company gave danmar the go ahead to process repairs as per the quote given
- 27 May 2013 Danmar sourced all parts and confirmed that all the parts were received (It took 14 working days to source parts - which I understood because my parts were 2nd hand)
- 31 May 2013 Danmar informed me that my vehicle was due for panel on the 04 June 2013 and their turn-around time was 15 days from then.
- 15 days from the 04 June 2013 would be the 18 June 2013
- 11 June I enquired on progress of vehicle (No response from Danmar)
- 18 June I enquired on progress of vehicle (No response from Danmar)
- 19 June I receive an email stating estimated completion date is the 27 June 2013 (Which I did not agree with however I had to oblige)
- 19 June I was advised that my car is scheduled to go into the spraybooth for painting
- 26 June I called Danmar to enquire what time would I be able to collect my car on the 27 June
- 26 June I received a call from the Manager "Craig Soares" who advised me that they assembled my vehicle and the Power streering pump did not work and that he had
