I reported to telkom on the 13th June that I had slow internet access and my landline was noisy.
We are now on the 26th June and this is not resolved. To make matters worse, yesterday my landline and internet completely died, nothing works!!! When I try and call telkom technical support for an update, I have to hangup because I am just on hold for too long as I have to call from my cell phone now due to my landline not working. Apparently there is some sort of bigger issue in the area and one person told me this will take 3 weeks to fix. I work from home and rely on my Internet and Landline to do business and now thanks to HELLKOM my work is completely suffering. I am forced now to get a back GSM solution due to TELKOM POOR SERVICE!!!
