My Cell C internet nightmare continues

Since 9th June 2013 my night-time internet connectivity on Cell C in the inner city of JHB has been slower than dial-up. In fact, since 9th June '13 when I installed 2GB x 12 months pre-paid data bundle, it's always been this slow.

After emailing a senior figure at Cell C on 21st June, they sent a technician to my place on 24th June to check the network and I've heard nothing further since. However, on 24th June a Cell C call centre agent marked my case as "resolved". It is simply not! The problem is EXACTLY the same.

I had to phone tonight to get a new case number and had to explain my story all over again. Back to square one. I am so sick of this.

On 21st June '13 I also posted a video on YouTube illustrating my problem. And on 21st June, after posting on Hello Peter, I got the standard 'We're so sorry' reply from Cell C. However, this corporate spin has amounted to nothing.

Just give me my R1, 299 back, Cell C.

This problem is obviously NOT going to get fixed because you've taken on more subscribers than you have network capacity for. Your towers in the inner city of JHB need to be up-graded and in the meanwhile you're selling a service you can't deliver. Appalling.
