I had a 2 year cellphone contract with Cell C (00077393) which expired in early 2009 or late 2008. I phone cell C, I think in about Dec 2008 to cancel the contract and they agree, in January or February 2009 I received a statement of R133.21 due for the contract, then I found out that the contract was not cancelled, they wanted a letter of cancellation than I went to to complain and Cell C cancelled the R131.21 charge, I never heard from them since then. After five year I receive an email from Pholosa Credit Solutions demanding payment. They want me to pay because they know that I do not have those document. Why did they wait for so longer. If this is not cancelled, I will complain and publish it on the new papers. I do not even remember the cellphone number I had then. I am not prepared to pay this amount.
