Horrible people to deal with

Went there today to upgrade my contract. Standing in a queue to one of the desks. When the person being attended to stood up and left, I approached the desk and sat on the chair. the woman behind the desk got up and left. I thought she went to put away paperwork.
15 minutes later she was still not back, so i approached another employee also with stinking attitude and asked him to please find the lady. he returned telling me she left on lunch break. No offer to send someone else to assist, no apology, nothing. What a place that will never see me again.
