Disgusting Attitude, Incompetent Saleswoman

Hi

I am utterly disgusted by the service my mother and I received at Red Square Tygervalley. My mother went to Red Square to make a payment on her Edgars account but did not do so at Red Square because of the incompetent woman working there. What happened was that my mother went to the cashiers desk where a man was standing talking to the other saleswoman, and my mom intended to make a payment but the woman behind the desk instead called the other customer behind my mother and assisted him first. This was wrong because there is two tills, and it was not necessary that both women had to assist the other customer. She did not make an effort to acknowledge my mother at all by even saying that she was busy with another customer. My mother left the store and I was standing at the door and saw what happened so I went in to ask the woman's name but she was so rude when I asked her name. 'Sheena' or 'Sheila' whichever is her name, had a disgusting attitude towards me when I asked her why she helped the other customer first, she told me that that customer was there first and before she could complete her irrelevant excuse of a story she stood with her hand in the air showing me the wa
