SA Post Office
VERY POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Goodday

I went to PTA North Post Office to send of a parcel. The service there is very very very poor. When I first went into the post office there were 7 people in the que. I then went to Vodacom to enquire about a internet contract, when I came back the same people were still there accept for the first person was now at the desk. I was standing about 10 minutes in the que when a black women came in and go and stand at the front. When the other person was finished she just pressed in before and old man and started to do her business. The lady at the counter heard me asking why is she pushing in the front as she must stand in the back of the que, but she continue to help her. That lady was there for another minutes where this elderly man had to wait - then I left. I will never go to that post office again. No smiles, no service and not attending to rude people than push old people away.
I went to Rosslyn - I was helped within minutes, the lady at the desk was greeting nicely and had a smile
