I went into Woolworths St Georges Mall on 24/05/2013 to activate my new store card (as per the instructions received with my card in the post). I approached on of the cash tellers to request them to swipe it and activate it (as per the instructions received) she informed me i need to go to the customer service desk. I went to the Customer service area and asked a lady there which queue to stand in she pointed to the main queue where everyone makes returns. I stood in the this queue for about 15minutes, there were not many people in this queue but your staff seemed more interested in talking to one another rather than the customers waiting, including the manager. When I eventually got to the front of the queue i was once again informed I was in the wrong queue. Once again I complied and moved onto the other queue, slightly annoyed at this point.

There was only one lady helping at this desk, after waiting another 15 minutes I had finally had enough and said to the woman I could wait no longer and needed to be helped now, she quickly finished with the lady infront of me and helped me. It was only at this point the manager walked up and helped the lady behind me. Disappointing!
