BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Thursday the 09 May 2013, i went to Kfc Kensington during my lunch break, I Stood in the queue for about 15 minutes which was quite long. When i got to the front to order my food, the teller (Smanga) asked me if i was paying by cash or card. So i said to her i will pay by cash, so she said to me its going to take a while cause there system was down and it will take time to get change, so i said to her what if i paid by card. She said that i cant pay by card, cause it wont work. So i asked her why couldn't they tell the people that were waiting in the queue. She just stared at me blankly, so i told her that i had wasted my whole lunch break standing in the queue. She just looked at me and said nothing. I find this service unacceptable, there wasn't even an apology for the inconvenience caused, i left without a sorry or with lunch and the manager standing there heard everything and never said anything. I am very cautious now to order food from KFC. That form of customer service is appalling. I'm not happy customer.
