Today I needed to go in to a branch to help my partner do her FICA (as she is living with me). I entered the Featherbrooke Village branch, to find 2 service desks, one sales desk, a relationship banking desk, and a manager desk (with no one in the office). We were about 10 people in the queue. In the 40 minutes I stood waiting in the queue, they only managed to service ONE person in the sales dept.

That is TOTALLY unacceptable. While I was waiting, 4 people started queueing behind me, only to have left. The person next in line had a verbal fight with someone else regarding who was up next.

This is not the kind of experience you are looking for inside a bank, with people fighting for spots. Please stop spending millions on your noise pollution/"advertising" and spend some of it on bettering your branches. This is the 2nd time I experience this (that's 2/2 for me). The other time I was with a pregnant lady, and we again had to more than an hour to collect a card (~30 minutes she had to STAND) - being serviced by 2 people, while there are 5 empty desks on a Saturday morning at the Clearwater branch. Please refund me the hour of my life wasted on FNB "client service"
