Good day a couple of months back i up graded my line from 2megs to 4 megs and i just recently find out that i have been paying for adsl fastest and I'm getting basic i would like to be credited with the money that i have been paying and not getting the service and every time i call the call centre they keep transferring me or just put me on hold until i give up or just plain drop the phone on me . can sum one please fix this and be given the money i have be wasting all this time please
