For 2 months I have complained to Telkom on the download speed of my Internet. I have Telkom Fastest! I keep being told that it is ok. Sometimes Technicians arrive without even a computer to check the problem! I borrowed a CellC 3G modem and compared to my ADSL line. ADSL line 5, 3kb/s . 3G 142kb/s!!! Test done within minutes of each other. And Telkom say nothing is wrong!!! 6 months ago I was getting at least 60 to 70 kb/s. I will be cancelling my ADSL Line. I am paying over R400pm for what???
This is disgraceful. One only needs to check out the complaints on Hellopeter to see how many people are having this problem. It seems that Telkom support is unable to solve customers problems
