I took my BB Bold in for assistance as my bbm was not working. I spoke to the technicians and was advised that the BB needs a software upgrade. It would cost me R 250 which I agreed upon. On the form that was completed it was written that a backup would be made at not cost.

Well... well. I received my BB back and guess what NO BACKUP. I contacted then a few minutes later and was advised that they will investigate and provide feedback unless I can provide them with the email to make it easier for them... still no feedback. After a few calls again from our side we were advised that they would contact me back the next morning. The next morning again we had to phone and spoke to the branch manager Francious he tried to cover up the fact that no backup could be made as the BB BOLD was corrupt. Please clearly these "technicians" have no clue as I have been using the same BB bold a few months ago.

Please make sure that you do take you cell phones to a provider that knows what they are doing.

The consultant that assisted me after hours you got a 10 out of 10. You resolved my issues in less than 10 min even phoned again to find out if all was working.

Even my contacts was back.
