I stay in Mount Edgecombe, Durban and have been having problems with my bandwidth speed for around 2 months now. Im paying for what i thought was the fastest speed available in my area which is 4mb per sec. I have made a booking for a technician to come and look as they say nothing is wrong with my line from their side. i called the call centre today and was on hold for over 30min being passed around from person to person all i wanted was to increase my line speed to 6mb (the fastest they said was possible now!) i dont mind paying more as long as i get the service. I arrive home, reboot my modem and do a speed check, my speed was 0.5mb per sec. i might as well get 3g modems for all 6 people in the house cause the adsl and telkom just cant help!
