I have been battling with my ADSL line for the past two weeks. Telkom Service is absolutely useless!!
Paying for the fastest ADSL available and the spreed is terrible. That is when the service is available. Mostly NO service. What is happening with our country? It is just too easy to be useless, deliver no service and still make money. Why is this acceptable? The consumers/customers are paying your salaries and bonuses Telkom. Why are we not getting proper service. If I hear the upgrading of lines excuse on more time I am going to get sick!! Surely not my problem. I am not paying less per month because of the terrible service!!
You run promotions where you give the customers extra bandwidth per month for a couple of months. It is not a promotion if the customer cannot make use of this. Absolute disgusting, horrible, useless service, but I am use to this from Telkom!!

If the ADSL is working it is only for a couple of hours and then the speed is between 15 and 30 kb/s where I am paying for a 4 to 10 Mbps line. I have had a escalation reference number but still the only answer I get is to wait. WAIT, WAIT WAIT.
