Bad Service from Telkom

I have a ADSL Line with Telkom which has not been working for the past 3 months and all i get is bad service with a bad attitude as well as call centre agents and repair guys who are constantly passing the buck, I paying for bad service and its quite frustrating and infuriating
Can i get someone who will assist in getting my fully paid up service up
i have even tried to move the ADSL line to MWEB and Telkom refused, this is just ridicolous and plain stupid
Paying customers get bad service which leaves an awful taste in my mouth
