MTN agreed to credit me

According to advice received telephonically from Lance of MTN at 3:50pm on Mon 3 June. R47, 20 compensation for calls made from Telkom land line to resolve MTN NO SERVICE "fault" were to be credited against next bill. I do not see this reflected in invoice dated 20 June.

Please advise.
