Account stil not sorted as promised

I was contacted by vodacom soon after I posted my complaint on their facebook page and on Hello Peter.
They promised to sort out my account, now I have been charged an amount on to the account that they cant provide my with an invoice for and my invoice for June that needs to be credited still has not been credited they have deducted the debit order for June including that invoice that needed to be credited in June. I cant believe that they can easily charged you for something that they cant tell you what it is for but to pass a credit note to you takes up to 14 days. I have been emailing them for the last 2 days and no one is getting back to me on the situation of my account.
