Earlier this year the telkom cables were. Which resulted in cross lining of my home telephone number. This affected my Internet connection which I paid in conjunction with the telephone contract. As a result I had no interest connection and no land line. Two months after trying to resolve the cross line I finally told telkom to cancel my land line and that I want nothing with them they took a further two months to finally close the line and then fabricated my final statement which showed a bill of over a thousand rand with numbers which were called from my line, I suspect they were done by the recipient who had access to my land line due to the cross line. Since then I have been sent on a wild goose chase trying to stop and reverse my bill as it keeps accumulating. It has gotten to the point where I've received harsh calls and being threatened to get blacklisted because I won't pay. This is deformation of character! I am tired of telkom and their incompetence. I want this to be sorted out once and for all I have a file thick full of references trying to sort this out and now I refuse to have telkom waste any more of my time.
