BIS Faulty

I have been experiencing problems with my BIS for the past few days. I contacted customer service who
gives all different problem solving ideas (rebooting, deleting stuff) but nothing seems to work. I need some one from Cell C who has the experience with this problem to assist me, as the call center agents are 'chancers'
