Still experiencing horrendous problems

Despite having used this forum to complain about my problems with my Cell C internet connection approx. 2 weeks ago, I am still experiencing all of the same problems. After my last complaint I immediately received a response and completed the form sent to me, along with the copious reports/records I have been keeping as the problems continue... since then nothing... all the problems still persist and when they do respond, all I get is an Autoresponder type answer saying that it takes 7 days to get to the problem!!
