I am really disappointed with the type of service I received from one of the agents last night, I call in as I was expecting to be assisted with regards to important voice msg that I wanted 2 retrieve but I was unable to so I contacted the call center and spoke to a lady call SINDY @ round about 9:56pm she was not really willing to assist as the way she sounded like she did not have a clue what I was talking about as a representative for cell C she could not even try and Sympathize during the call all she kept on saying is she does not KNOW. This came as a very big shock to me and a disappointment as well to me as a customer I must say I did not enjoy my experience for that moment
