Logged a service request (reference S3-TMH3W-W8RRA) on the 9th of April regarding incorrect information supplied to my wife by a sales lady. I'm not wasting any more time being transferred to 6 different departments by incompetent agents that do not care about customers. Vodacom should be ASHAMED!! Listen to the call and reverse all transactions to my wife's previous contract as the information provided by the sales lady was not accurate, this was done on the 22/03/2013 between 2:30 and 3. Hopefully this info will assist as it has taken more than 3 months for someone to respond. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!
