I phoned Cell C yesterday to cancel my 1GB data bundle, easy that was done within seconds. Now they have to activate a 2GB data bundle, which seems to be a problem as no one knows what the heck is going on!! Not one of the 6 call center agents i phoned knows what is wrong on my account, my data charges are flying through the roof now and I am going to sit with the account at the end of the month!! You don't care for your customers. There is a problem on my account, that IT cannot resolve. I don't understand this as I never had any problems with Cell C before, my account is paid every month. I do not know or understand why you cannot provide me with a reason for the problem. I am not paying for the data my phone is using until you resolve the problem, as I was not in the wrong. This is really, really pathetic!
