As of Mid December we have been experiencing terrible responses on the cell c network in our area. We have tested with multiple phones and various people are experiencing the same problems. I logged a call on the 05 January (16 days ago) and requested that this be checked, I was contacted a few days later requested to fill in another form which I filled and mailed back to the customer services. To date no one has given me a call or solved this problem, I called in on 18 January to follow up but the lady on the other side kept me for 15 minutes until the call dropped (typical of the cell c network, should have dialed from an 8ta phone instead), the network is literally non existent and calls cannot be heard at al and cell c doesn't seem to care. No use offering people 99 cents per minute on a network which is totally unusable. My reference number is 3010501868.
