Cell C
Moved to Cell C, but no one can get through to me

I moved to Cell C this year. I am happy with everything except the fact that more often than not when people call me it goes straight to voice mail. This happens daily and is frustrating. My dad also moved to Cell C, and is experiencing the exact same problems, where he is based in The Eastern Cape. We have contacted Cell C, and they have tried resetting stuff, but the problem reoccurs.

There is no point being with Cell C, if your phone cannot receive calls
