2 months without service

My service has been disconnected for the past 2 months I phoned the call center about a month ago and they told me it was a system error, they will rectify it and I will be connected in a weeks time and be refunded for the GB I lost. I phoned again after a week as I was still not reconnected, they said they will phone me back which never happened, I phoned again last week and was promised again that I will be reconnected asap and refunded for the 2 months I was without service. I am still not connected and my premium still went off almost double of what it was suppose to be. No one can give me answers to what is happening and why, as well as when I will be re-connected. in the mean time I am losing business as I do not have internet.

I am very disappointed in the service I received and that where I should be refunded suddenly I have to pay more than my contract is worth. I need this to be sorted out ASAP.
