For the how many'th time they took a wrong amount, refunded me, take it again, still trying to get my money back that they took LAST WEEK and now they disconnected my service?? I've never dealt with such incompetent people before in my life!!! Even the agent asked how you managed to put the refunded amout as overdue so I can't say EVERYONE there is incompetent, atleast FIKOLE knows her job. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND GET ME RECONNECTED.
