We recently over ran our 3G by a small 150~ MB and got hit with an extra R300, 00 on our bill.

On inquiring this at the branch we were informed that this type of device cannot be capped (this was explained very differently when we initially got it) luckily this is the first time we have gone over and it was not excessive or else we could be in a real situation.

The staff at the branch also seem barely interested in their jobs slouching over the desks and barely showing any emotion at all (so much for good client service)

Our contract on this device as well as a cellphone expire in a few short months and lets just say we will not be using Autopage again. Pay a lot more for no actual benefit.
