I didn't pay my account on the 27th of April, so I called Autopage to make an arrangement for them to debit my account as normal for R229.30 and I will make cash payment for the april payment. what they did was to debit my account 3 x 229.30 as a result my account incurred bank charges of R138 x 3. I wanted autopage to at least pay R138 x 2 to my account as per our arrangement was supposed to be one debit order not 3. I did pay R460 on the 30 of may to cover both months. I kept calling and calling being told that my query has been escalated and that was it. so I kept calling and finally someone told me when I logged that query they debit order was already sent to my bank account, I asked on the 11th of may it was already sent to my bank, they changed the story to, the person who took my query should have informed me that they will debit the previous month and May account. but why is it my fault if I wasn't given the correct info and in the end I must pay for it. they even closed my query without even letting me know. that's why I am writing here coz I dnt know what's happening coz nobodies cares to call me and inform me. been with the company from 2004 sad to say gudbye next yea
