Thank you for your departments response and great service but I am still not re-connected and still have no feedback from the billing department, please can you follow up with them what is taking so long or please put me in direct contact with a manager of that department, this is getting ridicules as I'm losing more and more business by the day, I also still don't understand why my debit order that went off was almost double of what it normally is when I had no service for 2 months going on the 3rd month, I really feel that I should be refunded for these months. This is causing me great inconvenience. How can it take more than 2 months to re-connect someone when it was a "system error" I and the people I know will surely never again get an 8ta contract as one of my other friend are also struggling with something so it just shows me I am not the only one.
