What a bunch of incompetent, disinterested!!! For over a month I have had shocking internet connections (when I can get connected). When I do the service is so slow it is pathetic. When I do get connected, it slows down and then bombs out. It will take up to 1/2 an hour to try and get back up again.
I phoned the call centre 3 weeks ago (ref. 6885876). and was told the tech dept will get back to me in 72 hours. A week later after no response, I phone again and given the same answer. A week after that I phone again, and given the assurance by the operator, on his word, definitely, positively hope to die that I would be called within 1/2 hour. Yeah, right. I have just phoned AGAIN!! and demanded to speak to the supervisor, team leader, whatever. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, I have given up. It has taken me just under an hour to get this done.
