Obtained my 1st contract in 2011. Signed for additional Data bundle which Consultant informed me would be my Data allocation. This Data bundle was ad-hoc, and I was charged for out of bundle Data usage for months even though on signing the contract I had, with incorrect information, signed for a monthly Data bundle. When i tried to get reimbursed, I was not assisted.
In November 2012, my phone was, I ran home and got the SIM locked. Within that time and for a minute after locking my SIM, the used services worth R1 500 that I've had to pay for and I haven't been reimbursed.
Now on getting a new contract and upgrade, I was informed that I would not have to pay for anything (Phone or Service) until the start of the New Contract (and this is as per the Contract). But now I have been charged for those costs the consultant said I won't be charged for.
These continuous over charges are frustrating and the lack of adequate responses are also frustrating.
I am highly underrating Nashua Mobile.
