Apparently Vodacom is investigating the matter mentioned in my first report. Until today, nobody has phoned me with an acceptable excuse for the terrible reception, nor has Vodacom found a solution for the problem! Instead, I received a message from Vodacom to rate their service!
I have two cellphone contracts with Vodacom. The day I took out these contracts, I entered into an agreement with Vodacom: I will pay my accounts each month and Vodacom will provide a service.
Since November last year, the reception is so bad in Kuruman, that you can hardly ever make a call without the call being lost or disconnected. If you finally get through without getting cut off, the person on the other side cannot hear you!???
This is breach of contract! If this matter is not resolved within a week, I will be forced to cancel both my contracts!
