Vtime contact centre has no clue

I purchased a R499 data bundle which gave me 20GB data. I transferred the funds from my bank acc to the acc listed on the vtime website. No data was allocated so I completed the online feedback sheet, got a response asking me to provide a pre paid number instead. Which I did but no data received as yet. Called your call centre spoke to various operatives after the 4th time came to Sarah and Katlego (TL) who had no idea what vtime was and could only tell me whats on the website. How is it that no one knows about this vtime. Can someone please assist me cause this is beyond frustrating
