Account suspended due to Telkom error twice

Ref 26955966 (spoke to Marikie) my acc was suspended in error due to 618.60 excl vat for instal of a modem that I installed myself. After 2 calls 3 hrs appart my acc was reactivated by Wayne on 27/06. Now on 01/07 acc has been suspended again for same fault, tekom acc fault. After speaking to 4 diff people, call being on a cellphone for 25 minutes I was told by Bongani that he would put me through to dept that would lift suspension & i would not have to wait. After waiting a further 25 min Sophiso Sibonyisa told me he could not assist & I must phone back in the morning. My husband is a branch manager and works from home at night. he lost valuable time and money due to this issue. Need to know if telkom will reimburse me for my cellphone bill and when this fault will be resolved. Due date on acc is 08/07. The service i have recieved is unacceptable and i want my account issues resolved and suspension lifted. Wonder how many other customers have to go throught this issue of holding on for help that is not given and have to pay for it.
