To whom it may concern:

I was at the Telkom branch inside Centurion Mall on Friday (26 July 2013).
I spoke to one of the consultants there to assist in adding a Night Surf (R99) onto my account.

He stated he was not able to do so as my account is suspended at Telkom.
This was the second time in 2 months this has happend.
I stated that it is impossible as my payments are up to date and I have been using the data everyday.
Therefore the suspension was impossible. And also mentioned that there was a technical error previously.

He called the call centre, they told him there was a technical error (again) on Telkom's side and it will be fixed within the next 24 hours and my Night Surf will be added on.

Last night (30 July 2013) I tried calling them to find out how far they are from adding my Night Surf. As it has been 4days. To which no one answered the phone. And the centre management had to give them the message to call me back.

I asked the consultant to drop me an email to get in touch with him when need be, as I could not call them.
He has not done so as yet and it seems the technical error is still up.

When will this be fixed??? As this is the second time this has happend!!
