I reported an accident 30 days ago to the 8ta call centre, that my account has been billed for prepaid airtime i have loaded myself and I was told this would be resolved in 2 - 24 hours. Yesterday my phone was suspended on the bases of an "OVERDUE" Amount. I called in for help and i was told i have an overdue amount but they cant see where it was only on my tenth try i got told they found the problem, I was billed for my airtime and got credited for it. Now they do not want to lift the suspension as they believe my July is due... but what I understand July is not over and the invoice is not overdue yet. I m seriously frastrated with the service I received and them not being able to acknowledge their fault and rectify. I run a business and the only communication is through my phone. I have lost two days of productivity. This is totally unacceptable. I need this phone as my business depends on it.
