First They my money, and now suspend my phone

In 2011 they double billed us " our Money", and then after numerous calls eventually paid it back. They then made a mistake once again with the billing and double billed us in November 2012 without notifying me or my wife. I phoned numerous times to resolve the issue with no response from 8ta's side!!! Then in 2013 from January on I refused to pay their account, which Quickly resulted in my service being suspended!!! After numerous comments on Facebook they resolved the problem and said I must pay R4274, 95 to get the suspension lifted, which I did? Yet again, my suspension was not lifted? Two weeks later this women phones me and say's I must pay another R 2000, 00 and some od Rand to get it lifted, Which I refused to do. I still received my calls on this suspended line and made my calls from another service provider. Now they have suspended my sim card as well after I told this woman i will not pay this bill and will work like this until my contract expires in August. How must I run my Business and feed my two small Children if 8ta just walks over their own customers??? I am also quite positive that I can hold them responsible for loss of income!!! Never Join 8Ta!!! Very BAD!!!
