For the past 3 months I have been trying to get my invoices and statements sent to me via email. Every month this results in a number of calls and messages. I have been billed for double invoices, and this has apparently been reversed. I have been promised numerous times that "the system" has been updated. No joy. Once again no invoice via email thismonth. Every email to customer care results in an automated response asking for verification of my account or some other stupid message which says in effect "get lost - we are going to ignore this reqeust once again". Vodacom you. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT NOW
