Upgrade Problem

And so upgrade time comes and i call in to do my upgrade. the lady was eager to help me with the upgrade which i thought was good. we actually getting a good service. non the less, an upgrade was done and a few days later i received my new phone. in the start of the new month, when my allocation should be per my upgrade, i get an allocation per my old contract. and so i queries this, and a few days later i get a further alocation this time per my upgrade. question: on who's cost is this really? they invoiced me per my old contract. will they debit my account now with double the value of the new contract or are they debiting it with the difference between the old and new? these are but some of the questions call centre people and the lady that helped me with this upgrade could not answer. this after holding forever on the phone to speak to a senior person who can clear all these questions for me still remained a blare area as i do not have no feedback. is this really the service we pay for? is this really what we should expect from s provider of this reputable stature? this to me is by far appalling. i hope somebody does get back to me for i spent too much time, money and effort already
