Unauthorised debit orde

Altech Autopage deducted R456 from my account. My contract expired in Dec (PS. I had called them in Nov to give them notice that when my conttract expires in Dec to please switch over to prepaid which they had not done) Please check voice recordings to confirm. In Jan I called again to tell tham that the contract is still not cancelled and they assured me that they would change it over to prepaid immediately and also after aphoning 100 times did they change it over to prepaid round about the middle of January. How can I be billed for the month??? Also my other contract expired in SEP and I blv I was charged R126.59 for content on that number.

I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!
