Good day,
I have on various occasions contacted the Telkom ADSL Technical Support without having the problem resolved. I have reported that I intermittently have no internet connectivity due to having a line speed of less than 0.10Mbps. Our current line speed is supposed to be 4Mbps. I continuously check the line speed via the [URL Removed] website.
